Photo or CD cannot be returned.For digital photos the .jpg file is best taken with a digital camera of 3.0 megapixels or higher. The file size should be less than 6MB with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. For best results, a glossy finish is recommended for mailed-in photos that measures at least 3" x 5".
